Got a recall notice on the rear bumper welds failing on the 26sab. Sure enough, mine were seperating. I went to a keystone dealer (camper world in savannah ga) and they would reweld and fix the problem. However, they had to get authorization to proceed. 4 hours later, no authorization, I was livid,
I told camper world to get on the phone with keystone again and get it immediatley. I was ready to take the phone and give keystone hell but finally got it approved. 2 hours later it was ready.
Keystone better get their act together. I sure will think twice before buying another rv from keystone.
