Just bought a 2012 Bullet 281 when playing a movie I can get sound out of the over head speakers but not out of the TV. My old trailer all i had to do was turn the buttons off and speakers worked on TV. Makes it hard to watch a movie in the bed room have little kids do dont want to play through over head speakers. Already tried a diffrent Audio video(red, white, yellow) cable

Have the same issue with my 2013 bullet 246rbs. That and the coax connector broke away from the tv first time i touched it. Replacement tv on the way so i will be working out the kinks when it arrives.

You most likely have to select the audio output (or input if watching a DVD) on the tv's setup menu

My home Samsung has an option for turning the internal/built in speakers off. Maybe yours does as well?

Thanks for the input I have tried both of those. My father in law picks his new trailer up this week so he is going to try his a the dealership to make sure it works through the TV speakers.

Just talked to Keystone and they tell me that you can only get sound out of the over head speakers when watching a movie not the TV this doesn't make any sense to me so you have to turn up the volume loud to hear it when kids are trying to sleep in back stupid design. My 08 Springdale you could turn off the over head speakers and get sound out of the TV. Looks like I'm stereo shopping.

In going to tear mine out this weekend and see how its wired. Why have the red and white RCA audio cables from the dvd to the tv if you cant use the tv speakers?

Perhaps wiring a set of speakers to the bedroom area using the B speaker connection is an option too.

If your head unit is a Jensen AWN965 it has NO audio outputs to go to the T.V. It only has a single video output. The two RCA jacks next to the video output on the back are audio inputs. Google your brand and model # to find the wiring diagram. No need to pull the whole thing out.

Pulling things apart is fun though! Putting them back together...not so much!

Thanks Rick1300 after looking at the model # it is a AWN 965. After talking with Jensen I'm not using my C button on the stereo so they have an adaptor to make them audio. I still think that it is stupid of Keystone to put a stereo in that won't play through the TV giving that the TV spins around to the bedroom. If they used AWN 970(cheaper than the 965) or 975 it would work fine.

My C button is wired to outside speakers. My B is unused in 246RBS

I agree, I am thinking about replacing mine with the 970. It has an iPod connection and a remote IR plug so I can use my remote outside. It's odd that it is cheaper but has more options.

Can you share that info on the adapter for the unused audio outputs? Sounds like a better idea than installing more speakers in the bed area.

WAIT! Couldn't I just wire the outputs from the spare AWN ports to RCA plugs that would go into the TV inputs? Heck, I need to get to Radio Shack and get me some parts!
