Just got my raptor 310, how can you bring the bottom opposable couches down without moving the top bunk down?

With both beds up, look if there are holes in the side rails just below the bottom of the brackets for the upper bunk. There should be 4 pins to put in the holes (one in each) what will hold the upper bunk up, and allow the lower to move by itself (at least that is how the upper bunk works on my trailer).

Congrats on the 310. I've had mine a little over a month now and pretty pleased with it. Just wondering, does yours have any issues with nail holes where Keystone attached the interior paneling ? Mine has an excessive amount of holes in the bathroom paneling behind the toilet, dealer is aware of it and is waiting on Keystone for a repair procedure.
