We have a "NTU" 2010 Outback 310BHS. The TV in the "living area" works just fine. With the antenna on the roof positioned right, we get local channels just fine. However, we can't get any TV reception on the TV we put in the bunkhouse entertainment center. It is hooked to the antenna jack but nothing we do with the remote control helps. Still get "no signal" message. What else can we do? Find a teenage electronics expert? :D

Have you check the the tuner in the TV is good? Run a coax cable from from the other tv jack and confirm that you have a picture/signal.

The TV worked fine at my mom's apartment, so don't think it's the TV per se. She gave it to us because the screen was too small to see from her couch. It is a perfect fit in the bunkhouse entertainment center.

Is the tv newer than 2009.... (Digital tuner)

You still have to have the antenna booster on by the main tv.

If it was used last at home it still may be set for cable.

Go to setup and select source as antenna/ OTA than rescan for digital channels. You should get the same channels you get in the living-room.

Hope this helps, Hank

I would remove the antenna booster from the wall and confirm that the coax connections to the various outlets are all good.
On my fiver, there is also a splitter inside the wall behind the antenna booster. It hangs inside the wall cavity loosely. If I gently pull all coax wires connected to the booster from the hole, the splitter comes out with the wires, which may provide other connections to check.
