Campgrounds/rv park on florida's west coast

Looking for great campground/rv resort on Florida's West Coast, Tampa area? for late March-early April 2013. 30' 5th wheel. Any suggestions?

If your looking for a great RV Resort in that area try SUN-N-FUN (http://www.sunnfunfl.com/) in Sarasota. They have everything, very clean and they are the most dog friendly park I have ever seen. ( and we have no pets) If your there in April look for us on Avenue H, we will be there all month. We have been going there for 16 years and feel very comfortable there. Thanks Hank for the info, will look into Sun-N-Fun. It's been many years since we have visited the West Coast of Florida. Now that we have a new 2013 Keystone Sydney 284FRE we are looking for places to stay and relax. We are from Ocean County NJ, but our 5th wheel is currently stored in Myrtle Beach. Maybe we will see you in April.

Take a look at E.G. Simmons park in Ruskin, Florida. This is a Hillsborough County park south of Tampa. Located at 2401 19th Ave NW, Ruskin, Fla 33570, (813) 671-7655.
A very nice spot on Tampa bay, lots of kayak / canoe trails and some good fishing. Over 55 it's $18.00 per night, currently. Plenty of close by shopping. NOTICE, EG does not take reservations, first come, first served. You can call and they will give you an estimate of the sites available. Also, ANY of the Fla state parks are great!!!
