Looking for a nice RV Park in the Lake Superior area to take our Children and their Families to for a relaxing vacation. Prefer full hook ups and a pleasant atmosphere. Any ideas or past experiences?

Burlington Bay Campground is nice. It is located, and owned by the city of Two Harbors, MN. It is right on Lake Superior. They have full hook-up sites available - $30.00. There is a swimming beach, and walking trail adjacent to the campground. City golf course is less than 1 block away. There is a kids play area, but no swimming pool. Sites fill up quickly in the summer as this is a popular place to stay. I've learned that people's opinions and expectations of campgrounds / rv parks are often different... that said, I camp here once a year and have never met anybody there who did not like the park. Reservations can be made a year in advance by phone. All the full hookup sites should be able to accommodate just about any size rig, and have adequate space between neighbors. The electric/water only sites, however, differ greatly in size (and some are pretty snug with your neighbors) so be sure to give your length when reserving.
