Yep only a 'few' of our Western States...
Looks like they think Utah, Wyo., Colorado,
& New Mexico belong to either the mid-West,
or (shudder), back East... ;)

(too loudly), there are some good recipes & articles. ;)

New Mexico is used to being 'left out' though... in our monthly NM magazine there's actually a cartoon/column
