We have a Laredo 303TG and want to install a bracket to hang an outdoor TV. In the middle of trailer is cable jack and outlet. Is there a stud nearby to drill into? Suggestions? Amazon sells a removable TV mount that has a small bracket the mount slides into. I just need a place to put that bracket. Thanks for all ideas!

on my Bullet i use the outdoor BBQ bracket to hang the TV. Just had to make to
slots 1/8" bigger on the TV to hang on the bracket. If it an option on the Laredo 303TG.

We also have the 303tg. I was leary about drilling any holes in the side of the camper so I built a simple box that sits on a table we usually have in front of the outlets and cable connection. I have a 27" cheapo flat screen that I use outside and it works perfectly.

Here is a construction pic of a Laredo from the Keystone website:

The walls of the trailer are constructed of 2"x2" aluminum studs which are welded together to create the structure. All you need to do is locate one or more of those studs to securely anchor your mounting bracket.

One thought that occurs to me is that a typical wall mount for televisions is probably not particularly weather resistant and might begin to rust fairly quickly. Something to consider.

Englishman (Roy),

Would you be able to provide some more detail on how you mounted your TV outside your trailer?

We also have a 2012 Bullet 281BHS and I'd really like to be able to mount the TV outside the trailer. I've removed our TV and the mounting bracket looks very similar to this one from MonoPrice (http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=108&cp_id=10828&cs_id=1082802&p_id=3613&seq=1&format=2) It doesn't seem like I could mate that to the BBQ mount, but it sounds like you may have come up with a way.

Thanks in advance,

Ryan

I'm looking to do this also on our Copper Canyon.

Want to "fashion" some sort of mount for a 32" flat screen. Was thinking of using this:

Just not sure how to make the TV mount.
