Just wondering what this helps the cable, or the antenna or both , when we picked op the rv at the dealer the tv looked really good but our first trip they didn't look as good , maybe just the campground service (tx)

The amplifier in the Winegard antenna panel needs to be ON for antenna tv reception. Don't forget to rescan your tv or digital converter for new channels every time you move to a new location. You will also want to be sure the antenna is raised and then rotated for best reception.

Most new tv's have input selectors so make sure yours is set for ANTENNA.

For satellite or cable, the booster amp needs to be OFF.
