Decided the little plastic swing flap in my pass through to access my winterizing kit looked cheap so I went to West Marine and bought two deck plates. I made 3/4" plywood backing rings and attached the deck plates. I also put one on the other side for hot water tank bypass. On that side there was no previous access so I would have to remove the whole wall to winterize. Not anymore!
