New to us unit. The original warranty was 1 year on the unit, some items carry longer warranty's. (a/c 2 years) As a used unit we did not get a lot of paper work on the additional items in the unit. Any one know if any of the following items have a longer warranty and can be transferred: refrigerator, water heater, a/c units, generator, furnace, slides, outside decals, sound system, and tv?

Most Dometic fridges have a 3 yr warranty on parts and 2 yrs on labour BUT the warranty, as written in my User Manual, states that "this warranty is made only to the first purchaser...".
Our Atwood stove is for 2 years and also "to the original owner". Most other appliances have either a 2 or 3 year warranty with the same restrictions.
The decals --- forget about those - they are 1 year but several members have had success after 1 year from Keystone obtaining replacements. They have had to bear any charges for removing and installing the new decals however.
There are quite a few different models and makes of TV's and stereos so it is difficult to say what each offers.
It seems that unless you are the original owner, you may be out of luck should you need warranty work done. Perhaps if they weren't registered initially, you might get lucky if there was no name/owner attached to the registration (if they were registered at all).
Hope this helps.

I agree with Festus2, most RV warrantys are non transferable!
