I have an outlet at the house that is the same configuration as the male end on the rv shore power cord.4 prong 1 round ground and 3 flat blade one being the common the other 2 are 120 volt line voltage to make the 240v/50 amp .
My question is. There is nothing in the trailer that requires
240 volts do they split the 2 legs of the 240 into two 120 volt
legs at the panel like the panel in a residence???
Should I be able to use my 50 amp 240 outlet to supply power to my trailer ?? (2013 Laredo 266RL)
Thank you -Todd

Yes

In theory yes. Provided whatever plug you're looking at is wired in the same way as the RV ~AND~ the blade orientation matches. If you're comfortable with electrical, I would double check this a multimeter before I plugged in an RV to an outlet I didn't wire myself ;)
