Beach loop sites. The pull through sites are not as easy as I thought they would be. There were a bunch of empty sites this weekend.

That does look like a nice first trip out. We got lucky and scored A 7 night reservation at fort Flagler. Starting on the 15th

Man that is lucky. Awesome! I check often but that place is always full!

Yeah it is a popular park. The wife's cousin actually had the spot but something came up so they were able to transfer it to us.

looks like yet another nice WA sp. We just spent a week at Cape Disappointment - had a great time with our son, his dw and the grandsons.
WA seems to have it together when it comes to parks
Nice looking RV:)

Well Is1Mike looks like you had a great first trip. We may need to get up that way soon and see some of those great Puget Sound CG!
Enjoy you new rig often!

Has anyone done the drive from Olympia to Belfair WA State Park? How is it? major highway or two lane road?

How about from Tacoma to Fort Flagger?

Im down in Oregon and the I5 trip should be no issue but I have never drove let alone towed a 33' 5'er out to either of these places. They look quite spectacular. What sort of things to do are around these places?

Thanks

Mostly two lane roads the last time I was there, but don't let that stop you! Everything west of Portland to the Oregon coast is two lane.
I also pull a 33' 5er and don't have any issues pulling on two lane roads. Did a 250 mile tow home with the new to us Copper Canyon from Burlington, WA to Portland, OR down I5, found that more stressful than towing to Lincolin City, OR on Hwy 18.
