2005 Cougar 254 EFS!!

Hello everyone! I am a Soldier living in North Carolina, displaced from Michigan. My wife and I just bought a used 2005 Cougar 254 EFS. We have been out once in it so far and LOVE IT!!! We have four beautiful children who enjoy the outdoors and this big ol' thing makes it super easy for us all to do it together. Tow vehicle is a Ford F-250 SD 6.0L Diesel Supercab. I will be needing to upgrade this quickly as fitting 6 of us in it is tight (especially with the dogs in tow!) Glad to be here and hope to learn a lot from you veterans of the fifth wheel!

Welcome to the forum. I glad you are enjoying your 2005 Cougar 254 EFS. We were camping in your area last week. Now DW want to move south.

Thank you! Where abouts did you guys camp? We were out last weekend too. Our maiden voyage in fact. I don't like the south and could try to talk her out of it. Good to visit, bad to stay. What is DW, DH?

I was one state out not that you would notice as its a small country.we spent the school vaction week in Williamsburg va..stay at the 1000trails site. We spent a few day in willmington nc a couple of years ago.

Thank you all so much for the friendliness! I am just doing a job, like anyone else. I love what I do and hope that I get the opportunity to continue to do it. Also 2011, thanks for the tip, I never would have figured out the "darling" part of that.
