We purchased a 272BHS in April and have used it dry camping and things worked great. Our new puppy slept for the first time out of his kennel and he loved it. Have a great season

You should have had it a month now, we need a first trip report and how good it went.

We have has our Sprinter for a few months and we love it. We have had a few minnor problems but hopefully Keystone can correct them. First while traveling the bolt cover from our toilet popped off and lodged under the slide. When we opened the slide it dented the floor and pulled the flooring.(How's that for a odd situation?)Our couch was broken when we took ownership but I thought it was normal. The awning bolts catch as it rolls and bends the support arms, And now the worst of all. The straps to the outside kitchen refrig. are not screwed into studs thus comming out real easy and when you forget to lock the door the refrig goes down the road real easy. (new refrig. $150.00)
