We have issues with our 2012 trailer. First of all we bought up on the fireplace option. The fireplace was put on the same 15 amp breaker as the refrigerator and most other outlets in the trailer including the lights. With the fireplace running and the refrigerator, turning on a light blows the breaker. The kitchen outlets are on a 15amp VS a 20 amp. When the wife dries her hair in the bathroom it pops the breaker when making coffee in the kitchen. The TV cabinet in the bedroom has no plug or antenna hook up. Thousands of these are made so how can you forget a plug and cable line in a TV cabinet? The awning was put in the wrong place. Do not go by the brochure! The brochure shows it over both doors like it should be but it is all the way forward and looks stupid. The shower door swings the opposite was as the brochure shows. The black water flush does not work. They have to pull the toilet and tear apart the cabinet to fix it. This will scratch everything up. The quality of materials are supperb. The quality of workmanship not so good. Do not go by the brochure!!! You think you are getting what they show but they can change things without notice. The rep from Keystone even told the dealer the awning would be placed where it shows but no. I called on this many times so I am anxious to see if they change the brochure for 2013. There are some smaller issues including the oven but I will not go there. The fireplace issue was fixed by running wire under the RV to the fuse box. The TV cabinet issue was fixed by putting cable and power in the cabinet to the right. I had to drill a hole to run the wires through. The black water flush is not fixed yet. I am concerned about the wiring. Is it safe? Was it inspected? All we are doing is resetting circuit breakers.

Have you taken your RV back to your dealer to see and/or fix the problems for you?

I know that calling can only do so much......

Please keep us informed about your situation.

This is a park model and on site. They delivered it and a sun room attached. They are giving us a hassle on going out to repair things. I have to bug them before they come out.

If it's under warranty, a park model with sunroom attached, they sold the entire rig to you that way, then I'd bug them till hell froze over. If they are "resistant" to bugging, go find a bag of roaches, or ants, or caterpillars or ??? and take em to the service manager, but don't take NO for an answer, get them involved long before the warranty expires !!!!!
