Pictures of Lippert under chassis storage

Just thought I would post pictures of how the Lippert storage system works using the spare tire.

My spare tire is located in the center of the trailer... And looks to be hung in the same manner... But I do not have any sliding storage like that.. Hmmmm... Guess I should see how it works before I ~need~ to use it?

Just NOT having to crawl underneath the RV in the wet, nasty side of highway pavement alone would be worth this install. The bins do not look especially large, what are you planning on putting in them?

The bins are not very large; a limit of 100 lbs per side. I put my tire chocks, tire locks and the huge 50 AMP electrical cord in them. I still have some room let over. We have this installed close to the back of the trailer, so connecting the cord is a much easier task. We use to store the cord in the back of the pickup or front of the 5er. Am very pleased we have the tire off the rear bumper and the unit was well worth the cost to me.:thumbsup:

Did you have to remove the underbelly to attache this? Easy or hard install?
