Just returned with my 2012 raptor 395LEV

I just bought a brand new raptor 395 LEV and took it on a 2500 mile shakedown trip. Great unit, only a few issues (in my eyes minor) .. I didnt bring the toys this trip , but can't wait till summer ! I started in 2006 with a pop up, then a 30' TT, then a 40' TT....now this beast (42.5'). Pulling with a 2010 ford F350..

Contgrats on your new raptor! We are waiting for our new 381LEV to arrive from the factory. Give us a heads up........ what were your issues and what should we be watching out for? Can't wait for it to get here!

The few (mostly cosmetic) issues are listed...
Table on U shaped garage couch was chipped from shipping..
on off switch on sony stereo was cracked (but radio worked fine)
Vacuum worked during pre delivery inspection, but hoses detached from main head unit and wouldn't suck, easy fix..insert hoses back into motor (behind the wood grates on steps)
One of slide outs in main living area was leaving grease marks on carpet
tear in u shaped dinette cushion..
But for the most part..was really impressed with workmanship and layout was great..
All in All....Great experience so far..

Just do the predelivery inspection - all of it. For me in my 395 LEV the exterior speakers didn't work but i didn't catch that until i got home. So I took the trailer back and got that fixed. So now I've noticed that many of my exterior lights are not working - specifically the "security light" on the main panel, and the street side and curb side exterior rear lights.

Just check each system out.

One of my running lights was cracked - easy enough to fix but once again i didn't really notice until i got home...

My first real trip a week long event 700 miles away for me starts 2 weeks out. I will be sleeping 5 adults and one teen so all systems will get a good workout...

Did you get the track storage system in the basement storage?? I think I got ripped.. Also, every picture of interior has 3 pennant lights in kitchen area and entry area.. I only have 2 ..(not a big deal, but was just wondering what you have in yours).. I remember when Raptors came with a pressure washer, now we get a corn hole??(but it is nice !)

Just took delivery of a 395 LEV Raptor myself. Man it is an awesome rig. Had a few minor issues, but they can be fixed.:bdance:

Ok, had unit on another trip.. This one was about 5400 miles..Dorango CO. to San Diego, then Las Vegas....Great trip..Only two issues..Gas pump stopped working and my transfer switch went bad on Generator..(all warrantee issues)..But other than that..PERFECT trip..Great Raptor..
