Our new Montana 3402 came with a hitch on the rear for use with a bike rack. When I went to install my bike rack, I found there was no hole cross-drilled in the hitch receiver to secure the bike rack. There is no way to use a hitch pin because no hole is drilled. Is this just an oversight and I need to drill my own hole or am I missing something?

Just adding to this thread, my hitch did not have any holes in it either, this is a sloppy manufacturing error.....reach your hand inside the hitch and you will see that it actually does have holes, just that the installer placed the receiver in wrong when welding (or perhaps on purpose) and the holes are on the top and bottom, instead of the sides....now covered by the metal plates.

Oh well, I just drilled some more to allow use of a bike rack, will see how well it actually holds up.
