Electric jacks

Does anyone have electric jacks where they both go down at same time rear/front have seperate switch 2010 Keystone Sprinter 318 fls?
When i lower mine the rear once seem slow but once they are down the jacks stop once there is pressure on them so i could not put a bunch of pressure on them if wanted too i get enoughf to stabilize the unit almost like the motors are weak ? it is plugged in so i dont think battery a issue? Thanks for any help
