I got the EMS installed put in the cabinet between the to chairs
at the back window, I took the cabinet out for easy install what
was funny was I just redid my stairs there were 4 screw holding
the stairs in place I took out 18 screws holding the cabinet
I guess that cup of coffee or glass of wine needs more support
then people walking up and down the stairs.

Neat. That looks easier than I was thinking. Where does each end go? I’m not picturing it. In my TT, my shore cord is back to back with my power panel, so if I were to install an EMS, it’d be in the void below my power panel.

The right side power cord comes in from the back of the trailer
the left goes out of the EMS and under the trailer to main power
for trailer.

That's how I did mine. The output from it just goes down through the floor and over to the converter. It's a little fuzzy, but at the top you can see the interlocking plugs. They aren't really necessary, but it makes it easy to remove the EMS if it has a problem, reconnect the plugs and I can still have shore power. I still have storage o the top shelf of the cabinet. I thought about removing the cabinet to install it, but it seemed easier to just lay on my stomach and do the installation. It really doesn't tak long to install it.

It’s a surge guard/etc. Protects against over voltage, under voltage, surges, improper wiring, etc. If there’s something wrong with where you’re plugged in, it’ll cut off power until proper power is restored.
