New member and first post. Recommendations and suggestions for the following; This unit has a single hydraulic unit to extend 3 slides, the bedroom goes first then the kitchen second and then the large slide for the living room. About half way through either IN or OUT cycle the final slide (living room) will stop motion. If I wait a minute or so then try again, it completes the slide activity with all slides out. Hydraulic fluid level is fine with no leaks. I am guessing it is a relay in the unit that is overheating thus stopping motion until it cool or resets. Please advise where this relay is located, and if it is a DIY fix. Whom could I purchase the relay from and thanks in advance and to the moderators. Jim

Welcome Jim to the forum. As far as your hydraulic slides, yes the order the slides extend and retract is lighter slides first go in and out both ways. As far as a relay, If you look on the control panel near your hydraulic pump location, there are relay's built into the circuit board. The relays may be getting weak at this point depending on how much they have been used as far as overloading them and kicking out. I would probably have someone hold there hand near the control panel listen and feel that area to see if there is noise of clicking or sound and that will tell you if you have the right location. Your Raptor may be different being an 06 model but I think they are building them the same as the new ones today. Hope this helps. Happy Campin.............Ron

I have the same problem with my 3612DS and it is one of the circuit breakers tripping and then reseting. Some day when I have an extra "body" with me I will be able to figure out which one it is. Since they are right next to each other it is hard to tell by the click when it resets and by the time I go from the switch to the pump to look at my meter it resets!! One day I will figure it out. Then I will post my findings. Good luck in your search - hope this helps some.

I just had the same problem on our raptor 3612 ds. Changed the breaker that connects to the slide pump in the battery compartment. Works great with no pauses. Before it would pause at least three times when it was trying to push the main slide in or out. Autozone didn't have a 50 amp which was suggested but I used a 40 amp and absolutely satisfied. Thanks to this forum I've been able to trouble shoot a lot of the issues we've had:)

are you sure your 2 small slides are hydraulic? My bedroom slide is electtric with a hydraulic living room.

cannot locate for sure what relay (or relays) is being talked about, i have found a series of 3 relays in a series on the inner wall by the pump, is that the ones or is it on the pump?

I had a similar problem with my Fuzion.
Oddly enough, my remote battery was weak and triggering a pause when using the remote, or the wall switch.
Just food for thought.
