Dry camping lights 12volt

I have a 2010 Sprinter 318 FLS and it has the 12 volt dry camping lights reccessed in ceiling was wonder how do you replace the bulbs? Thanks did not want to just pull the unit out of cieling if that worng lol

grasp with both hands and pull whole unit out if it needs bulb wear gloves when touching bulb or will have to buy more bulbs
