This trailer is in excellent condition.
There is a belly pan under the trailer so that it is more fuel efficient like the high priced aero trailers. The tires are in good condition with excellent tread and are not dated out. The trailer tows excellently. Leveling bars with anti sway features are included. I pull it with a 3/4 ton Dodge with the 6.7 Cummins. I regularly get 12 mpg running 68 mph.
It has a slide out on the kitchen side across from the front entry and dinette, which makes the center of the trailer much more spacious. There is a dinette which sleeps 2, a couch that makes into a double bed and a queen walk around rear bedroom. There is a full width closet across the back. There are two entry doors one next to the couch the other in the bedroom. There are several closets and a pantry in the center of the trailer. There is a toilet with a nice vanity and a shower with a skylight. There are skylights also in the back room and in the living room. There is a ducted propane furnace and AC. The ducting is above the celling and below the floor so there is much reduced blowing around inside the trailer. The ac also has electric heat. There is a stand up fridge of a good size as in an apartment, a stove with 4 burners and an oven and a micro wave.
All of the finishes inside are in good condition showing no repairs or damage. There are ample lights, some recessed into the ceiling, some are lamps that are fastened to the trailer so they don't bounce around on the road.
There are fold down steps at both doors. All of the windows are in excellent working order with no cracks. There is also a fiberglass fold up screen which protects the front window.
There is an enclosure around the propane tanks to protect them from stones.
We have enjoyed the use of this trailer very much when we have used it. Unfortunately it sits mostly. At our age we don't reasonably expect to use it more in the future.
It will make an excellent unit for someone who still has children in the nest.
