43-52MFD/WX-7 ac capacitor Kit alternative?

Hi and good morning to all. We have the above capacitor and motor starter which has failed. The capacitor alone is anywhere from 50 cents to $12 online. However we need the wx7 motor starter. The kit together is $40 with another $10 for shipping. Is there an alternative capacitor starter all in one?

I believe you will have to replace both and Im not aware of a "combination" capacitor for that.
