 This is a great forum, and I'm glad I found it.
We just bought a lightly used '07 keystone springdale 250rkls, and we are taking it dry camping for the first time this week. Its our first trailer with a popout. :bdance: I'm also looking forward to visiting this site alot.

Welcome to the forum, John. We lived in Lancaster "years ago" and that's where we bought our first trailer, the Airstream. I fondly remember trips to Pismo Beach, Santa Barbara, LA, and points all along the coast. Is Young's Trailer Sales still in business? That was a place filled with almost anything you'd ever need to repair or improve an RV. They had everything from doors and windows to screws and plumbing, and if they couldn't find it, you were welcome to rummage through the back lot until you found something that would work. They would even help you modify it to fit your needs... LOL

Again, welcome to the Keystone family.

No, Youngs RV closed a few years ago. I dont know the exact reason but my guess is because of the economy. We have owned several trailers over the years and Youngs was the place to go. I hated to see them close.

Riders Choice ( a motorcycle accessory shop) moved into the main building last year. And a John Deere tractor store moved into the old parts building.

Riders Choice is doing some RV business, I think mainly repairs and RV consignment sales. We might take our old Sandpiper trailer to them to sell it for us. 2003 Forest River 24'.

We dry camp at Redrock Canyon & California city a lot. We also go to Jamestown campground by the Kern River also.
