Hi,
I am newcomer to the forum but also a new owner of a Premier 29rk.
1. Is this the right forum for me or is the forum for the light TT the better place?
2. Where can i find the right guidelines for maintenance the TT ?
Thank you.

Welcome... didn't you get a Keystone product manual? It is generic for most all models and will spell out certain maintenance that needs to be done. Primary are the roof, seals and wheels. There will be notices that these things need to be done on a specific time line to avoid having warranty issues if not done; especially roof maintenance which really isn't very difficult. I would set a ladder up and look at the roof, even on a new trailer to ensure there were no voids or cracks in the sealer around penetrations and the front cap to roof junction and rear to back juncture. Good luck! If you have specific question, add a signature with your year, make/model and same for your tow vehicle. This function is under UserCP at the top left of every page. Make sure you hit save when done. Answers to your questions will have more context with this info.

Don't be too quick to ASK for maintenance items. If yours is a typical RV, you won't have to ask, IT will come to you! Your world has now been consumed by a wonderful, but all empowering invader .... your camper!

But, if you want the fun to start early:

click here (https://www.parkedinparadise.com/rv-maintenance-checklist/). This is a nice starter list.

Here's a short list. Click here. (https://rvshare.com/owner-toolkit/rv-maintenance-checklist/)

And you can always down-load the Keystone Owners manual Click here (https://www.keystonerv.com/owners-manuals) and go to the Maintenance Requirements near the end of the document.

Good luck. Your world is now changed forever!

Thank you very much for your advise. I will pick up my new trailer in 2 weeks; however investing so much money I want the trailer last. Thank you again.

Since you haven't yet taken delivery of the trailer and after you do take delivery, you'll become a "lesser priority for the dealership's profit margin", I'd urge you to take a look at the Pre Delivery Inspection checklist located in the first post in the thread located at this link: https://www.keystoneforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5129

I hope it will help you resolve issues with your new trailer before you find them at home and the dealer is too busy to schedule a repair appointment "before the end of August, if that's convenient"....
