Hi - I just bought a 2015 Retreat 39Fden and struggling with fresh water tank and pump lines. After ensuring low point valve on fresh water tank was closed, I filled the tank with bleach solution to sanitize before winter and then went inside to flip on water pump switch. Lots of pump sounds but no water coming out of any tap. Pulled out drawers beside sink and found the water pump but lo and behold, only the outflow line from the pump was attached, the line that should be attached from the tank to the pump was just sitting attached only to the pump, not the tank end. Looked but cannot find where/how the line attaches to the fresh water tank. There is a hole in the flooring where the fresh water flex line comes from outside to the tank but very little room to see anything else in this hole. Before I start ripping things apart to see down there, does anyone with this model know if I will find a male hose attachment down there for the pump line? Thanks in advance, Jordon.

That line on the intake side, is it short and cut off at about 2 ft? Is there a valve and another line attached?

If so then the short line is for winterizing. The valve may be turned the wrong way.

The unattached line on the inflow side of the pump is about 2 feet but has a female hose coupling on the end. I do see another water hose coming up from the floor about the same length with no end, assume that is for the anti-freeze.

There is no visible valves or switches in this compartment. Maybe there is something accessible from under the trailer by the water tank?

The hose coming out of the floor-can you blow air through it? If so try about 20 PSI and see if the fresh tank starts blowing bubbles. If it does, then that line will need to be attached to the pump.

There is strong suction coming from the hose with female hose coupling when pump is on so seems most likely this is the hose that would be attached but I imagine the winterizing line would also have suction when pump is on.

Any way you can post a couple pics? One of the overall view and then the hoses.
