Cable on slides

We have a 2020 outback 324cg. An the top cable on our rear slide is coming apart. I have looked for any obstructions an all is clear, is this something that is common. Thanks

A little more specific info would help. Coming apart? Is the cable fraying, pulleys coming out of the wall, chain coming off????

The cable is fraying at the top. The cable bracket is also bending.
