2020 bullet 261rbs gray tanks.

My control panel says I have 2 gray tanks, and tank 2 reads full. However, when I drain the tank, that tank does not empty. I cannot find anywhere in the manual about how to drain gray tank 2. Anyone have suggestions??

we have the same model tt. Make sure you empty through both grey tank drains sometimes it takes a big to fully read empty. also be cautious on what soaps you use . we have found dawn works best to keep stuff from building on the sensors and bar soap not liquid for the shower aspect also.
