3.0 auto level

I lost my remote for my camper order a new remote I program new remote but I can't get the auto level to sync with the remote. Camper is a 2017 cougar 28rks x-lite 5th wheel. The remote works for the 3 slides and awning as like the old one. Thanks for any help. DDG

JRTJH when I went to Google I type in how to sync a remote to 3.0 level up and I watch the first video was made by RVProject. That was on youtube.DDG
