Spent a week at the RV campground on Fort Clark Springs in Brackettville. Bracketville is a small town just east of Del Rio Texas on old Hwy 90. The old fort was in use up through WW II and has a fascinating history: https://fortclark.com/history.html - The RV park is a pleasant place to stay and the park has sightseeing, golf (18 hole course with very reasonable rates) and the third largest pool in Texas which is spring fed and COOL on a very hot Texas day! Campground spots were flat although a little close and I unhooked and parked away from my spot. There seemed to be wifi for an additional $10 fee for the week but I used my hot spot (Consumer Cellular using AT&T signal) and used my DishTV for watching the tube when indoors. The pull through slots appear to be all 50A (with a couple 20A outlets as well) so you need an adapter if you use 30A service. There are MANY critters around and there are some really neat hiking trails connecting to the RV park. The park is a member of Passport America, Good Sam and other camping orgs.
