Fellow RVers,
On my 2017 Cougar 5ver, I've got this coax loop cable above the bedroom tv. Does anyone know what it is used for?

The OTA antenna and amp work fine for all outlets.
A CATV connected to the external port also works (when turning off amp).
I have yet to get a successful connection using the external satellite connection (Dish playmaker and wally).

Thanks!

Greg, I have the same Playmaker/Wally set up and since I have an old camper (pre sat dish days), I put an external all weather bulkhead RG6 pass through connector just outside the shelf under my TV where I set my wally and only need a 2' length of coax inside. Since you only can watch one DishTV signal on one TV at a time, suggest you might want to try this or just run the coax through a window or slide. This isn't the one I used but is similar:

I was told that cloop is where you connect a satellite box if you connect a satellite to the outside coax connector.
