Does anyone have any recommendations for some snowbird sites for this coming fall? We are thinking about the scottsdale/phoenix area but nothing in stone. With the work from home situation we are thinking about dropping the rig down in the desert and just living there for awhile to escape the fall rain and liberalism in Oregon running rampid right now. LOL.

There a 1000s of RV resorts in that area, large, very large, small, inexpensive & very pricey. Sorry can't recommend any particular resort.
We live in a small one, but like all of them, if you don't already have a reservation for this winter season you'll likely have a very difficult time finding availability.
If you have firm dates picked you need to be checking & reserving a spot yesterday.
With all that being said though, with all this COVID 19 pandemic fiasco it may be easier to find availability depending on whether the Canadian snowbirds & the northern US states are able/willing to come this winter.

Pull the website photos for any possible choices, some of those CalAm or any of the other RV park conglomerate resorts you're packed in like sardines making not very "luxury resorts".

Good luck finding a "Prime Location".....this Covid thing has put a damper on finding a quality camping destination.
Plus its hotter than hel* in Phoenix/Scottsdale this time of year....most of us head up North towards Flagstaff and or NE towards Greer.
That being said....check out Happy Jack Arizona. One of my favorites!28916

There is a luxury campground at Brenda Arizona It’s a very remote area southwest Arizona. There is a nice swimming pool , outdoor sports and pool tables. The Campground is Asphalt parking Through out the park it seems everybody owns and Buggie some kind. I am familiar with the park because my cousin lives there during the winter. I normally stay at Bouse AZ For a month of February. Bouse and Brenda are 15 miles apart over some of the best buggy riding in Arizona maybe the country.
