Recently purchased a new camper. We had a issue this weekend with the door lock not working and making the rear door not being able to open. . Which we will deal with. With this model you have to be inside the backdoor to close the slide. We looked for the manual override and failed. Does anyone have this model that can help where this crank opening is?

I'm confused. If you were trying to get the slide in, then it must be out and you are able to get to the inside of the door. If it won't unlock then remove the screws and take the lock and latch apart to see what's going on.
