Hello campers,
I’m going to check all the nuts and bolts this weekend on my 2020 Passport 3100QB and I have no clue how to drop the under-belly panels. What is the best way to work with them without damaging them or should I just not bother?
Thanks
John

Not sure what they used on your trailer, but some or all the lines had gone to a Hilti type nail into the frame to secure the coroplast belly material instead of the TEK screws like what was used on our 2012 Montana. The nails can be removed, but you might want to wait until you absolutely need to gain access. If you do remove the nails, go back with TEK screws with fender washers to hold the belly material. The screws on our rig are 1/4” X 1” hex head TEK screws.

I agree. If it’s nailed in place they are a real PITA to get out without damaging the coroplast. There isn’t really much under there that needs any regular maintenance.
