Welcome to the forum :wlcm:
The switch for the tank heaters may be lit when on. If they aren’t lit then it’s like a light switch, up is on and down is off. There is no “ control” they are either ON or OFF.

Thank you. Where is the switch located?

Are you sure they are heated? Or you have a heated underbelly, as in they blow some furnace air in there.

The switch, or switches shouldn't be hidden.

If you have heated tanks the switch(s) would be on the monitor panel, labeled. Not all trailers have heated tanks. As stated above you may have a “heated underbelly” that uses the trailers furnace and ducting to warm the underbelly.

Because the salesman may have told you have heated tanks DOES NOT necessarily mean you do. I think typically the tank heaters are an option that most dealers don't order on spec RVs. I'm guessing that if the switches aren't glaringly obvious on your switch panel you probably have heated underbelly as others have stated not tank heaters.
The thing to remember about any salesperson selling anything is usually if their lips are moving they're blowing smoke up your dress. Most have NO clue or care about the workings of whatever they're selling, they're there to sell as much as you're willing to buy & tell you whatever it takes to do so.

From what I looked at on the Keystone site it lists heated pads on the waste tanks. They make it sound like standard equipment. But then again, we all know their reputation for "accuracy".

Looking at the Keystone website for your trailer, if you have the Climate Guard option package it shows to include a heated tank package. If that is the case, and you have that package, I've never seen a trailer that did not have the switches in the monitor panel...labeled.

Our 2020sabwe cougar has the cold weather package.
That includes tank heaters.
Switches are above the iN-Command panel by the back door.
They are backlit when on.
But can't tell if they work untill their temperature gets below 44° F. Which with the heated underbelly isn't likely to happen here in So. AZ.
We've camped in eastern Colorado @ -23° & tanks didn't freeze, only the water line drains where the foam insulation we installed had slipped 1/2". They thawed as soon as we hit the road & temps got up to 10 from the pavement heat. Didn't expect them to thaw out till we got the rig inside.
