In March we bought a new 2019 Ram 3500 Diesel. It came with several manuals but not the diesel supplement. I have downloaded the pdf version but I would like an actual copy for the truck. I can't seem to find one anywhere. Anyone know of a source for these?

Have you contacted Mopar? I had a 2014 that didn't have all the documentation. Contacted them and I received a plethora of books on the truck. If that won't work I may have the diesel supplement on this new truck sitting outside. It's gas so the diesel supplement is useless to me. Check with Mopar and let me know.

Thanks. I’ll give them a call tomorrow.

Please let us know if they provide one. In my 2016 they had an order option but I've not seen this option for my 2019.

I called Mopar. They told me they don't have the diesel Supplement available. I was told to go to Tech Authority to buy one. I couldn't fine it there so I called them. I was told that they do sell them but they didn't have any available at this time.
As a person who was in retail for 35 years, and prided myself on customer service, I'm very disappointed in Ram's customer Service.

It sounds like we need to be content with our pdf copies for now.

Sounds like we have no choice. Content or not.

If it's any consolation (probably it isn't), we just bought two new HP laptop computers. There was no "owner's manual" with either. Some of the manuals are included on the hard drive and other's are "downloadable is desired".

I've got a hunch that we're going to see more and more companies opting to provide manuals online and omit them in "hard copy".

I went and looked at new Jeep’s with my daughter the other day and I asked the salesman for a sales brochure on the 2021 wrangler unlimited. He said they don’t make them anymore because everyone has a smartphone and can just look it up.
Ram probably only supply’s what they are required by federal law to include in the truck as far as safety manuals are concerned.
I wonder if Fiat/Ram put it on Cummins to cover the cost of the engine manual and they decided it wasn’t worth it.
For my sons boats I have 5”thick Cummins service/owners manuals ..but they were included in the sale of the boat

We bought a Jeep 2 years ago, got home & no owners manual, called the dealer who said there wasn't one "all that information is now in the infotainment system, you can print or download that manual, all 500+ pages, or just scroll through to whatever your looking for". What a PITA, I like to look at pictures of what I'm trying figure out & that was impossible with that setup.

What do you do if you need the manual to figure how to operate the infotainment center?

I bought a pair of helmet intercom systems to "upgrade our helmets" for the Slingshot, a voltmeter to install in the Slingshot and a "root cutter" attachment for my tractor. All were delivered within the last week and ALL (did I mention that's 3) of them had a single sheet of paper "announcing" that installation and operation instruction were available at "www.xxxxx" :banghead:

It's not just an "isolated situation with Fiat/Chrysler"... Seems all the cell phone manufacturers, all the computer/tablet manufacturers and now even motorcycle electronics and tractor 3 point implement manufacturers have "jumped onboard the internet information boat" or better yet, jumped off the "paper trail"....

There was a lot to be said with the old phrase, "The job's not done until the paperwork is finished"... Now, maybe that should be changed to, "The job's not done until the keyboard is worn out"....

Then again, how many "real men" need an owner's manual or would read it if it was available?????

But now, without those paper manuals, without those paper catalogues, without those paper magazines, what's a fella supposed to start the campfire with?
