Air conditioner

We have a 2019 Laredo 367Bh and the air conditioner drips water in the front bedroom. Some time it drips sometimes it don’t. The other air conditioner works fine. We have set it on auto and we have run it continuously it leaks both ways. We bought it brand new and only had it out four times. What could be the problem?

It sounds like the condensation is leaking back into the trailer. Could be a couple reasons, the gasket that seals the AC to the roof may have failed, the 4 corner screws holding the unit may be loose. If your under warranty get it back to the dealer and let them deal with it.

Thank you, the warranty went out in April and we was unable to take it the dealership because of the shut down. Hopefully it is a quick fix and not a costly one.

If you could not return it due to the "shutdown" you should still be covered...and I would push that point with the dealer and Keystone.
