took delivery of mine last week, turned on the wi-fi and bluetooth tonight, and it immediately locked up on an error with the bluetooth, i kept messing with it, but could not find a "reboot", although I have seen it do it after some operations (can't remember which one, though?)

bluetooth error looks to be related to the App, "NCSPDC has stopped"

kept messing with it, and found updates for software, but now the software download is stuck.

is there a way to reboot the system?

my touch screen does not really work, i have to tap it several times to get it to do anything (drives wife nuts to use it), was hoping the software update would fix that.

other than turning off the Battery Disconnect, and cycling the breakers for Shore Power, how can I reboot it?

top pic is after an hour.

bottom pic is when I started all three downloading

There is a reset button in the control module which is most likely located in your front storage. Unscrew the cover and look inside for the reset button.

thanks!! I looked in there, just breakers & fuses, so I shut fuses off,
went outside & cycled the batteries off.

also, i actually READ the Owners Manuals which said the Water Heater needs to be "burped" to get the last of the air bubble out of the top, so I burped it while I was there, and it had a LOT of RV anti freeze still in the water heater, even after a weeks use, so whatever.

come back, and re-started the download for the software, we will see....

thanks, I could not read it, so I googled it & chased down the PDF:

Resetting NCSP3 and NCSP35
1) Press and hold the Power Button until the display gives you an option on
screen to Power Off - press this.
2) Once the display is completely black, exit the vehicle and find the BCM.
3) Remove the cover of the BCM to expose the green board.
4) Press and hold the Reset button for 2 Seconds and let go.
5) Press and hold the Power button until the display shows light.

Holding the RESET button by itself, does nothing, you have to do this process.

the "touchpad calibration" looks like it exits with a reboot, but it does not seem to reboot

the updates are done "old school" via a Laptop & external USB stick, per the manual. I did not bring a USB stick camping with me, so that will have to wait till next year, when I go home to get one.
