Raptor Remote issues

I am having intermit troubles with my exterior lights and my remote. Security lighting is 4 lights (shouldn't all burn out at once), amber proch light. The clear porch light is fine. I checked fuses in the main board as well as the remote control box located in my basement. By checking I mean, pull the fuse, visually inspect, ohm test, and reinsert. Like magic all lights worked. Now porch light out again. Also, remote only seems to work when it wants to. Range seems to vary. Company who makes the remote system said to check my grounds. I might also add that I have had my battery checked by two different companies and changed out my power converter. I am having issues with the converter over charging my battery. Not sure if this is all tied togther and what ground might I be missing?

If you activate the security lights via remote, they won't work by switch inside. Also, if you turn the security lights on via remote, you MUST turn them off via remote or it will run down the battery in the remote itself.
