Bought a new 2019 Hideout 22LHSWE in April. I work in healthcare and was living in it parked next to my house so I could stay away from family during initial days of virus. Spent 3 weeks in it, very comfortable for one. Learned alot about upgrades I wanted to do and even completed several. My tow vehicle is a 2017 F150 Regular cab long bed with 2.7L ecoboost motor.

Hi there and welcome to the forum!

Congrats on the new Hideout!

Glad you had a place to hang out in while you had to separate yourself from family. Not much fun, but at least you were able to identify those things you wanted to upgrade.

Take care!

I feel sorry for the WoodGeek. Castro Valley. No No No LOL I live in Livermore so I know.
I am glad you like your hideout. There is not a perfect camper. besides fixing problems there is always something to make it your own.

how does the V6 do towing?

it amazes me how many ppl love the V6, but so many complain.
however, they say you can't snow plow with the V6.

post up some pics of the camper! how did you get power to it?

I don't know of any 1/2 ton that I'd use for plowing snow.
