So this dude is in front of me. Probably can’t tell but he has zero wheel chocks. You also can’t see that there is a slight incline towards me. If it starts moving I’m in what will stop it.

What to do? Politely ask them to use one of my extra chocks. See if I can move spots. Or just not worry about it.

I'm the wrong person to ask that because my response would surely be politically incorrect. Looks like a wooded area; maybe you could find some pieces of limbs/logs and just go place it behind the tires on the downhill side?? "Maybe" he would get the hint.

I don't think. it would be impolite at all to mention "I see you don't have any wheel chocks. I brought over a couple of spares. Would you like to borrow these?"
If they decline then " It's kind of a safety thing. If your rig starts rolling I'm afraid it might run into us. Mind if I put these chocks down just for my peace of mind?"
Lots of NOOBS out there. They might not even know why chocks are important. You do and you have every right to bring it up.

So shortly after I posted she came over. She wanted to tell me how impressed my backing skills were. Tight space between two trees with no help.

Anyways, We got to talking and I mentioned it, she got embarrassed and mentioned she had them and totally forgot to set them. So all is good. We had a beer while properly distanced and chatted while my kids played with frogs and trekked through the woods.

Brian, Brian.....oh now optimistic you are. Most of our government officials could not imagine being anywhere they weren't coddled, babied or "taken care of". Could go on but not really a benefit for "RVing".

Of all the years of RV'ing talent here and none of you happen to notice that his water line is laid out such that it will snag on one of the stabilizers, thereby stopping the roll-back. These RV's come with two stabilizers front and rear for just that reason.
Y'all just need to look closer at these things.:facepalm:

The trailer is actually still connected to the Mini Cooper tow vehicle that the dealer said could haul it like it wasn’t even back there. You can just see it there behind the tree.

You're right Jim! Didn't even notice. Then I saw the clever Xing of the water hose and power cable to give it "extra support" when it snagged that stabilizer...ingenious!!

Ain't gonna work boys. The hose is on the wrong side of the tree. The length back to the spigot (probably between the two campsites) will cause the TT to pinwheel like a bucket on the end of a rope. That'l probably double the impact forces. Since the power cord is under the hose it will have no effect. Good thing these two had time for a beer and got the problem solved. No tellin what kind of mayhem might have occurred!
