Are you sure you're asking about the correct floorplan? Hideout didn't produce a 299RKS in 2016, at least I can't find that floorplan in any of their advertising.

In your floorplan, it shows the refrigerator in the roadside slide and the TV in the curbside slide. Are you asking about when the slides are in (for travel) or have you moved the TV to a different location?

Sorry all 2018 keystone hideout 299 rlds

I have a 2015 Hideout 299RLDS. My fridge is in the slide on the driver's side, and the TV is in the corner cabinet on the passenger side. Even with the slides in and the fridge door open it doesn't even come close to hitting the TV.

I researched the 2016 to see if it is the same floor plan as my 2015, and they are identical. How is your fridge door hitting the TV? Did you relocate the television?

edit: Ooops! Thought it was a 2016.

Is this what you are referring to about the refrigerator and tv?

Yes we worry about the door handle hitting the tv

You could put a door stop or door bumper on the trim piece above the radio or recess the tv into the cabinet further. Sorry, I don't have a real fix for you. Good luck.
