Feeling helpless

I have a 2017 Keystone Raptor 426 the rear bunks will power up but not down. They are currently all the way up and I can not get to the motor or any electrical components. Please help!!

You might start at the switch itself. I assume it's some kind of toggle. You could pull out the switch and jump the wires to see if the "down" side is getting power.

I pulled the switch the wire going to the switch looks like a phone cord. I’ve never seen that?? Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Open your ramp door - that may give you access to the back part of your beds. I believe that the bunk bed in a Raptor are made by Happy Jack. I have attached the manual for Happy Jack.
