Cargo carrier

I have a 2020 Outback 330RL that did not come with the fold down cargo carrier that earlier 2020 Outbacks did as standard equipment. Where can I get one like Keystone was putting on the Outback 330RL? It attaches to the frame above and just inside the bumper. It has the bolt holes in it for the attachments.

Looks like it would be real easy to install if your trailer has the mounting fixture.
