We travel with our home-made 'squirrel-go-round' and hang it where there are a number of squirrels and you know they simply aren't going to go away.
It never fails to gain an audience once a squirrel finds it and helps himself. I buy the corn at Tractor Supply and it is held on with a double lag bolt on the end of the 2x2.

I could use a dozen of them. Six for each neighbor. The "tree rats" are so plentiful that they get are Brittany Spaniel barking several times a day. Then as the sun sets the red fox starts tracking the squirrels and the dog goes crazy to go out and chase the fox.:banghead:

At least the dog is getting his exercise.

How about electrical conduit, they can climb it but will have a hard time holding onto it. Could be entertaining.

There are quite a few squirrel spinner videos posted on Youtube. One of my favorites is the one where the birdfeeder is mounted on a pole, and the owner greases the pole with Vasoline. Poor critters try to climb that pole, but just slide down!

Now here is a good one for the spinners.

Enjoy these spinners!

Add some mild electricity to that and you may be having corn fed squirrel, entertaining and tasty.

Yeah, I like the catapult the best. Or is it a squirrelapult?

A friend of mine has a recocking squirrel launcher on his back porch. It will launch a tree rat over the fence and then reset itself for the next visitor. Yeah, he's not fond of squirrels.

Now that's entertainment right there!
Those spinners would get kinda boring after a bit but if after about 2 spins it launched them about a county away then that's the one I'd want.

I thought the squirrel catapult was a great idea and a lot of fun. Showed it to the missus and she got irritated and thought it was killing off all the poor little critters. I tried to tell her they likely enjoyed their flight time but she wouldn't mind me as usual.

I'll be making one of these! My usual mode of messing with squirrels and/or chipmunks has been to jam almond nuts into the cracks of a downed tree trunk or the spaces between picnic table boards. They try SO hard to pull the rest of the nut out after eating what they can get at. If a suitable tree trunk or table isn't available I'll put various size rocks on top of the nut and watch the rodent weight lifting Olympics.

"Hey, Rocky! Watch me pull a squirrel out of my yard!"

Fun times! You want to have some more fun, one of things we enjoy while camping is coating a pine cone with peanut butter, then hanging it from a limb with string to where it is just a few inches from the ground. The squirrels and chipmunks love to climb on it and swing while eating!

You could always install the optional parachute accessory. Tell DW that with the mod, it's entirely up to the squirrels whether they want to put on the parachute or "wing it on their own"....

Linda is from Greenville and it was always one of our major stops every year. Sometimes we would break camp early when wintering in the south and spend a month at Greenville, especially if we were going to be heading north for the summer months.

Greenville does not have any RV Parks/CGs with appeal. There used to be an air force base at the southern side of Greenville (Donaldson). It closed more than 30 years ago. However, there was a Mobile Home Park very close to the main gate and a family purchased it and converted it to a RV Park with a seasonal section. That’s where we stayed. The sites are large, grassy with concrete patios. There are lots of trees, meaning lots of squirrels.

One time we got a nice site under a large tree. To get the best parking position I had to get the passenger side slide quite close to a power pole. As you can see in the pictures it became quit entertaining for us and Tigger the cat.
