I have a new Raptor 356. How do I turn off the lights in the perimeter of the countertops?

I have a new Raptor 356. How do I turn off the lights in the perimeter of the countertops?

It’s next to the tv towards the garage. I thought this was a very strange place for the switch. I actually took a label maker and labeled all the switches for this reason.
