What's the best trick to winterize Samsung ice maker in a 2020 Montana HC 295RL.

Is this not covered in the manual? From previous threads it makes it seem like it is.

Just picked it up, with ice in the tray

Found it in the manual, then found the low point drain and shut off in cabinet next to fridge. Not my first or my second fiver, just didn't get introduced to all my service valves in orientation,
