Hi There,

My family and I are picking up our new Passport 239ML in a few months! I was excited to find this forum, places like this are really a great resource. This is our second TT. We cut our teeth on a Coachmen Clipper 17BH, which was a great rig for us to start out with. Now that my daughter is older (and bigger) we were looking to get a little more space inside. The 239ML seems to be a perfect next step for us.

We are looking to take it from Vermont down to the Smokey Mountains for April break. I'll be browsing these forums for the next two months trying to figure out what I need to do to be ready.

Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum!!

Congrats on your new purchase. Since you’ve already “cut your teeth” you should be ready to rock and roll. As far as what you’ll need depend on what you moved from the old trailer to the new one.

Suggestion, find an RV park close to home and take it on a shake down cruise for a couple of days and use all systems. Best to find the potential glitches close to home rather than several hundred miles away. Enjoy.

Thanks guys. We are pretty excited. With the Clipper I was just using the "starter kit" gear the dealership gave me so I'm trying to up my game a little bit with this one. I've got some Anderson leveling wheel chocks and a Levelmate Pro that I'll be installing when I take delivery of it. I'm going to do some research on this site for things like a surge protector, sewer hose set up and fresh water / black tank flush hoses.
